How to MEASURE for  

Straight Applications

To measure for straight applications just measure length needed and round up to the next even footage. For tighter radiuses specify whether it should be bent on the face or back, this will ensure the fit to be snug.

 

Wall Base, Panel, and Chair Rail LIMITATIONS:
 Minimum 12" radius.

CASING LIMITATIONS:  
MINIMUM 60" RADIUS FOR PROFILES UP TO 2-1/2" WIDE.
MINIMUM 120" RADIUS FOR PROFILES TO 2-1/2" - 4" WIDE.

CROWN LIMITATIONS:  
MINIMUM 96" RADIUS FOR PROFILES UP TO 3"- 4" WIDE.
MINIMUM 120" RADIUS FOR PROFILES TO 4" - 6" WIDE.
MINIMUM 144" RADIUS FOR PROFILES TO 6" - 8" WIDE.
MINIMUM 168" RADIUS FOR PROFILES TO 8" - 9" WIDE.
MINIMUM 192" RADIUS FOR PROFILES TO 9" - 10" WIDE.
